Placed in cage w/ sibling. ------------- PHYSICAL EXAM FINDINGS ---------------- Mentation: BAR Temp (F): 104.9 Dehydration (%): 5 Neurologic: WNL Head/mouth/beak: NSF Ears: NSF Eyes: See ocular exam. Wings: NSF Legs: NSF Feet: NSF Body: NSf Feather condition: In blood Radiographic findings: No fractures noted. Initial treatment: 50cc LRS SQ. A: Apparent healthy baby with no injuries sustained. One sibling passed away while in hospital and other sibling's talon was degloved. Devastation of Forest Park caused by tornado has destroyed tree that nest was in and location of parents is currently unknown. Will keep baby on holding until Forest Park cleanup is done and volunteer will keep an eye out for parents. P: SF in AM/PM. Weigh SID. Rx fluids for a couple of days. Monitor for casts. Collect blood, fecal and take IOPs 5/18. Vet check on 5/20
